Shout out to Jeffrey Stubbs at Discount Tire! We went in for an appointment we scheduled a week and half ago that tires had to be ordered in for, but the tire hadn't been ordered, so he gave us better tires and matched the price! Great customer service!
I have used Discount Tire often. As a female, it's not easy to find people in the car industry who are respectful toward women. The guys here are always kind, helpful, and never talk down to me. Highly recommend them�
I was in a pickle yesterday 6/28/17 and out in Eden Prairie, MN. (I live in Wisconsin) A nail took out my left front tire on my 2017 with 27,000 miles. I called them at 4:10pm and they close at 6:00pm. With Southwest Metro traffic (which is horrible, well anything west of the Mississippi River is horrible) as bad as it is, it's anyone's guess when I would arrive in Stillwater/Oak Park Heights. We spent 30 minutes in the store and witnessed 4 service complaints, then we spent our weekend filling a leaking tire until we could get back in Monday.
Boyfriend bought me 4 new tires for my Chevy Malibu for Christmas, wasn't too sure how changing tires goes but the employees were friendly and helpful. No appointment, which was nice. The only "negative" thing I'd have to say is that they said it'd be about 2 hours to 2 and a half, and it ended up being an extra hour. There were a lot of other customers trying to get new tires too, but it was a bit misleading because the door says ya close at 5pm and I didn't pick my car up until after 6pm.
