The guys there are always so friendly and thank you for always putting air in my tires-it means so much in this cold weather, especially when I don’t have a heated garage.
Great communication. Friendly service. Made a Cooper warranty claim super easy and handled everything promptly from tire order to install. They were very busy last Friday and had a long day but you would never know as their service was still top notch

They’ve entered the too comfortable phase of a company. Understaffed and forgetting followup with the customer is a sign business is just too good to care anymore.
I understand this is a busy place, however, today my experience was very disappointing. Long story short. I am a “walk in” at 11:30am. After I’m checked in and sitting down, a gentlemen with a Mercedes Benz comes in is told to come back at 3:30. To my surprise, he comes back and gets his car in. I ask why since I was there before him and the response I got was “he’s going out of town and needed to get in”. As I continue to sit and wait for my car to get in and leave at 5pm.
I can't recommend Discount Tire enough!! These guys are the absolute best! Every time I call customer service they are super helpful and pleasant to deal with. I called this store as I live in Eau Claire, WI and this is the closest Discount Tire to me. The store manager Danny answered the phone and took care of me right away. I made the hour drive and had my TPMS sensors installed. All of my wheels and tires were brand new (purchased through Discount Tire online) and I only wanted professionals installing the TPMS sensors. T... read more
