I went to get a tire today for my Buick LeSabre, and Marco was extremely helpful! Got me in and out in less than an hour, and for half of what I expected to pay. No high pressure sales, no added “necessities.” Very professional, understanding, and accommodating. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

I received amazing service, as I always do from them, today! Last minute, of course right before the holidays when everything is going to be closed, I noticed my tire was almost flat. I took it in immediately. In less than an hour, on a Friday nite, they were able to check out the tire & patch it free of charge. These guys are amazing, and I almost always forget to give them a great review. Excellent customer service, as well as excellent finished product. Thanks for saving me!

I hate to be negative as I have had excellent service with this store since they opened. Today, however, did not go that well. I stopped at Discoumt Tire to get my air pressure checked. I have heavy duty tires that require 45 psi of pressure. The guy argued with me that that was too high and not what Ford recommends. I told him to forget it and left. I called Discount Tires, they looked up my tires and guess what? 45 is the recommended pressure fore those tires! So is arguing with the customer the new customer service model.... read more
Everyone I have met at Discount Tires in Bollingbrook has been so courteous and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. I recommend them to all my friends and family
