RecommendedDecided to get my new snow tires from discount tire instead of another company we usually use after I had a bad experience with them not mounting my tires correctly. Jared and everyone else at this location were super helpful and explained everything that my mother and I asked. They seem to be really knowledgeable about tires. Even the guy who wasn’t helping us recognized me and greeted me by name when I came in to get my tires the next day. So far so good as far as driving in the snow with my new winter tires.
They have earned my loyalty by exceptional customer service. Eli and his team at the State Street store go above and beyond every single time. I’ll never go anywhere else.
Ordered my tires and made my appointment on the internet. Showed up 15 minutes early and they took me in. Went and ran some errands, they texted me that my car was ready within 30 minutes of dropping it off! Great staff, great experience! Will be going back in a couple of months to get tires for my other car.
The Garden City location was phenomenal. The manager Taylor Monahan had to special order the wheel and tire package I was looking for and kept me in the loop on the delivery timeframe. I arrived and they had everything ready to go. I was in and out of the shop in 20 minutes. Great customer experience from start to finish!
Great tire store! I had an appointment but showed up an hour early and they got me in right away. They are genuinely interested in how my tires are working for me. Super friendly. I highly recommend this location.
