The service and customer service is phenomenal. However, if they squeeze you in and they say they will have it today, I was trying to call to ask a question. I am trying to arrange a time for a ride. I need to have a lil rough idea on time. So I can arrange the ride. No one ever answers the phone. When I was in there, I suggested they get a secretary. The guy gave a little chuckle about that.
