Horrible service! Did not inform me that they 'forgot' my car and did not get the tire changed, not completing the job at the time they stated. Resulting in an extra trip for me. Then after promising to save the tire as under warranty, they 'lost' it. A very lame bunch. If you go there often, you can see why as it is a constantly rotating cast of characters. SOmething is wrong when a store like this cannot keep its employees.
