My wife needed new tires so I started my search on the discount tire website. It was very easy to choose correct size and brand of tire with the help of their information and reviews. The installation was crazy fast! 15-20 minutes to change 4 tires is like a Nascar crew! Very impressed

I had another great experience at Discount Tire in St. Charles today. Steven (2nd time) and Jason took very good care of me today, as well as young man, Refuge. Had my snow tires switched out for my regular tires. Service has been quick with excellent communication. Employees are consistently friendly, professional and polite. Go to Discount Tire in St. Charles. Ask for Steven or Jason (although actually, from what I've observed, they all seem to be very good.) They'll take good care of you. They won't disappoint!
Often these types of businesses are simply transactional... I interacted with 3 separate gentlemen and each of them were very pleasant and went above and beyond. Great customer service - it was noticed!
