I ordered online and had an appointment set. I showed up shortly before my appointment time and waited 1 hour and 15 min for them to pull the car into the garage. They changed the 4 tires and I left.
Noticed bubble on sidewall of tire from impact damage. Called Discount Tire and they ordered 2 new tires and they arrived from the Indiana Tire Rack warehouse by late morning the next day during largest snowstorm in years. 24 hours after noticing the damage, they are mounted! My only complaint are the people waiting around for their cars. One person was listening to Russian TV on her speakerphone. And another couple was having a loud conversation. Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation, alignment, and for front wiper blades. Everyone at the St. Charles store is pleasant, professional, and efficient. The tire work was free since I bought the tires there, and the wiper blades were reasonably priced. I’ve always had a very good experience when I go there.
Fast service awesome staff I've been a customer for 21 years and now my kids are getting there first set of roadhuggers at discount thank you 😊
