Exceptional Customer Service. Thank you Israel and team, excellent emergency service. You really care for your customers by not letting me leave without making sure my car would make it safely home.
These guys have the best prices in the area. Firestone was almost double the cost. Cody and Josh we're super friendly and squeezed me in, got everything fixed up like new. Highly recommended
Great job as usual
I had great experience even though things did not go as planned. A rim was damaged during removal of stuck valve stem cap. Mack pointed it out right away. Before I could even ask about a remedy I was told a new rim was on order for me. The damage was cosmetic not structural but they replaced the whole thing anyway free of charge. It is very refreshing to have a company be upfront and honest as well as having an emphasis on customer service. Thank you Tim, Mack and the rest of the Discount Tire team in St. Charles.
