I had a great experience at Discount Tire thanks to Mack. I came in because I had a screw in my tire, and he took the time to help me find it. Since the tire was new and purchased from another shop, he honestly recommended that I check with the original tire shop first to see if it was covered under warranty. While inspecting my vehicle, he also noticed I was missing a lug nut and was kind enough to provide me with a replacement. If you want to get ripped off, lied to, and pressured by a bunch of lazy corporate puppets, the St. Charles location is the perfect place for you. They will happily lie to your face, promise to service your current tires, and then do absolutely nothing but hit you with high-pressure scare tactics to force a sale.
