I think they screwed us over. My wife went over there to get a new set of tires. Before she left, I told her to refuse the extra warranty they will try to sell on the tires. It is $33/tire, which is an extra $132. When she came back, I saw that she had bought the warranty. I asked her what happened and she said that they added the warranty without even asking her. Never had an issue with this location. We bring our cars here and wouldn't go anywhere else. You are helped promptly and they are transparent in their wait times.
My back tire popped, they found a spare and put it in for free , great service and fast. Awesome place!
Went here to get my tire swapped, was quoted one price then almost charged another. Dropped it off and an hour later was told some made up reason on why they couldn’t perform the work. Tim gave me a BS reason with the bead of the tire being bad and then continued to explain to me some fabricated story. Took it to the dealer and they said they didn’t see anything wrong with it.
