Let me start by saying I’ve had many positive experiences with Discount Tire and also had one with this one on Dec 1, 2025 for the most part. Unfortunately, I noticed damage (scratches) to my wheels after a tire installation that weren’t there before. I reported the damage to the location the morning after it happened because when I left the day of, they were closing. The Manager Bret was very rude to me this guy is so full of himself, and he would not after 8 tries to give me his managers phone info.

These guys are phenomenal. My daughter's tire blew out on the highway and she had to have it towed. This was the day before Thanksgiving and they were closing in 20 minutes. They were at a full house people were on the lobby and outside. They stayed late for her and put a new tire on. I was so happy it was late, dark and my daughter and grand baby were off into the night,thanks guys . I had to go in person and tell the manager thank you from a mom that was so worried.
