I got my alignment done at this location. When I picked up my vehicle the tech told me they could not align my front driver tire. When I asked for an explanation I was told “I don’t know.” I wish I spoke to a manager because I paid over $100 and was given a bs explanation. I took my car to Terry’s Alignment and it cost me $88, he found nothing wrong and was confused as to why I was told DT couldn’t align my driver wheel. Great tire prices and Excellent customer service after the sale.
I've used discount tire for many years. This time was a little off. The alignment tech needs more schooling on how to do a correct alignment and keeping the steering wheel straight. Now I gotta take time outta of my schedule to make them correct it. Its frustrating..
