I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service, even with the manager, Brett. Not following up as promised, lets me know my safety was not important. Made an appointment. Walked in and was standing in line waiting to be helped. No one greeted me and they helped everyone else around me. I had to say something to someone and they told me to give them a second but I’ve been standing here for dang near 10 minutes. Someone walked up beside me and the man immediately jumped to helping them instead of asking me had I been helped. At least acknowledge that I’m even standing here. If I didn’t use one of my free tows to get my car here I would turn right on around and go somewhere ... read more
Not sure why they don't check the tire pressure when they rotate and balance your tires. You would think it all goes together and part of the service???
They have broken lug nuts on my car twice now!
In and out in 45 minutes. Rotated and balanced 6 tires on my dually. The set my tire pressure per my requested PSI.
