I went there to buy two tires which the customer service on that was great, but I have a problem with is I went in to go use the bathroom when I came back. The guy had opened up my car door. completely out of line. Then when he was putting in the tires in my car, which I would’ve never put them on my seat. I had the most caring experience at this location. While assisting others, the staff was communicating with everyone in line and acknowledging that they’d be with them shortly. Johnny helped me with my car. We went outside and he took a look at the two nails in my tire. It was obvious that we’d have to replace the tire, but he still did everything to ensure I would get the best price, acknowledging I was a student, and still checking if there was a way to patch it.
