They turned a bad situation into an amazing experience. I bought tires 5 weeks ago and yesterday I ran over railroad tracks and busted two of them. I didn't buy the certificates originally and they could have really took me to the cleaners but they didn't. By the time I arrived at the store after haveing my car towed there last night they had a quote ready for me and they had the car all taken care of in less than an hour. The folks here are amazing! Took my Xterra here a year ago to get my tires balanced because the previous owner never rotated the tires and they were cupped and imbalanced like crazy. Also asked them to take the wheel spacers off because I was tracking down a front end wobble. They finished and I walked up to the counter and they handed me the keys and said I’m good to go. I booked online and it was awesome. Picked out my tires, paid in installments, booked an appointment for 2 days later, showed up, spoke to a rep immediately, walked to biscuitville and 30m later got a text that my car was ready - they handed me my keys and I was on my way. Affordable and I can go back if I have an issue. Thanks to their ubiquitous store locations nationwide they have a hold on the market due to buying power and I’m okay with that bc it was a great service
