Would do a zero star if I could. My daughter bought 4 new tires, and they cracked her RIM. Instead of taking care of it, they blamed her, and even said that she must have done it driving out of their driveway. They talked down to her, and acted as she knows nothing. When I called and spoke with the assistant manager, same thing, he was rude and condescending. Will obsoletely NEVER go back, oh and yes as promised filed the complaint with the BBB. If you have after market rims and will not take responsibility for them.

We were on the road and had hit a pot hole and was losing air. We finally called Discount Tire and they were able to see us immediately and get us fixed and back on the road. So thankful for them and their quick service!!!

had a nail in my tire pulled into discount tires and guy came out and said can i help you i said i need my tire fixed he said pull up and park and a sale guy would be out to help me 20 minutes passed and a car pulls up and the sales guy helps him

After long day getting my mom a Coronavirus (COVID-19) test & meds, my tire went kaput sitting in the pharmacy drive through. I have used this discount tire for years & always had amazing service with them. Luckily was across the street from the pharmacy, so limped my 2000 Ford Excursion Limited 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel 4x4 in Oxford White & Pueblo Gold “Yuki” across the street. We were in Broken Arrow from out of town when we got a notification from our car that we had a low tire. We found this discount tire on our Nav system and they took a look and found an issue and got it fixed quick. We have always chosen discount tire and this location lives up to the company motto.
