This time around ,a little disappointed , working was horse's round while working on my car ,and that be why the person forget to put my lug nuts covers back on , good thing l make a point of seeing tires before I leave
$178 per tire for yokohama, which is definitely on the high side. $142.88 for certifications, which were hard sold - not presented as optional. $92 for install and life of tire maintenance (rotations). Warranty is a prorate program for 60k miles. Took them two hours from key drop to key return, which was 30 minutes longer than quoted. He did give us the $80 discount available online when we asked for it. You will get new tires with hopefully good coverage, but you can certainly find more affordable options. Been up to this exact location numerous times and the staff is friendly and the prices are fair…BUT they take painfully long and the communication in house is clearly off, called the night before to make an appointment and the guy that answered told me he’s booked until 9am it would be best to show up first thing in the am at 8am so I did..third one in the store..TWO HOURS later and numerous customers coming in after me / leaving before me… a tire shouldn’t take that long and I know they don’t because they were finishing oth... read more
