Helpful and also unhelpful. – I've been a customer of this particular Discount tire for 4years now. I have always been taken care of with pricing and installation. I give them a 5 star for that. However, when unfortunate events happens. Such as blown out tires or nails in tires that cannot be replaced, I was placed in a situation where I did not feel comfortable nor did I feel like the assistant manager wanted to earn my business and help me out.
