Literally the worst waste of my time ever buying tires. I moved to the area in January from California. My run flats on my Mercedes weren’t the tires for Colorado. I called Discount tire explained what I needed and they ordered tires from their warehouse. A person named Cody called to say they were in and to come by first thing in the morning to get them installed. When I got there I was told there were 26 people ahead of me. I thought Discount was better than this. We had had bad luck at Big O. 9 months ago Big O failed to tell us we needed alignment. So our fronts wore out. But backs are like new. Sent wife to discount hoping to get 2 new tires for the front. Called ahead said 1 hour. Sales guy Dev tried and failed to upsell. The rears are like new still. But apparently when you only want to buy 2 tires instead of a set they treat you different. And if you turn down their road certificate even worse. We were told an hour tops on the way down. This is the second incident I have had with Discount tire. I not sure if I want to go back to them again. Never had problems with any other discount tire except Castle Rock location. ☹️ - First incident last year about this same time, I had a flat. They repaired it and sent me on my way. Before I reached home the tire was flat and I was left on the side of the road. 😩- today I had a flat tire and they repaired it, but locked my keys in the car with the car running. 15 minutes later they were able to unlock the car door. Discount Tire should immediately PRIORITIZE emergency break fix ( FLAT TIRE) instead of putting them in line with 50 other people that EXPECT to wait cause they are getting a whole set and made an appointment. I waited in the rain/snow for outside for 2.5 hours for them to FIX A FLAT, even took it off myself! Got pissed off & went down the street to Walmart, they fixed it in 15 minutes and I was on my way back to Discount, put my own tire on and went on my way. RecommendedI watched an employee get berated by a customer and this employee kept his calm and did his utmost to show courtesy and kindness while this man continued to be rude. Great job Discount Tire!
