I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire thanks to the manager Jason. His customer service was outstanding—he took the time to really listen, was attentive to my concerns, and made sure everything was handled properly. An error was made during my visit, but Jason immediately acknowledged it, sincerely apologized, and went above and beyond to correct the issue. Found a nail in my tire. I called 45 minutes before close and Brian was very helpful in checking out what my problem was. They I arrived around 535pm and left at 6. Was a surprise when I found out that they do patches for free! Definitely recommend
Safety not a priority as I was sent out with extreme low (32psi when factory says 42psi) and high tire pressures( 44-46psi on the other 3 tires) after inquiring prior to departure. Appointment time not honored as many walk-ins were taken before I was serviced (I had to wait 45 minutes for them to start). Perhaps bays can be separated for walk-ins and another for appointments. All of this made for a bad experience. I will not patronize this location and will steer all I know clear.
