Had new tires installed here. Fair price, service was quick, and staff was great. After I left, I noticed they’d inflated one of the tires to 57 psi, which is well beyond the recommended tire pressure and very unsafe to drive on. A quick trip to the gas station fixed this, however management should be aware about this as many people wouldn’t even bother to check.
Terrible. Gas is too high to sit and wait for another chain to send over an STO so I can pick up. Couriers DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE BUSINESSES. YOUR TIME MEANS NOTHING TO THEM AS A 3RD PARTY.
Got home today from tire quote from Chevy dealer to hear hissing coming from right front tire. Hurried up to discount tire before it went flat. Not only did they beat Chevy’s price but they changed them right then and I was out of there before I finished one chapter in my book. Always super nice and helpful. Thank you!!!
The New Lenox location is amazing. Everyone that has ever helped me with from the air check people to the people inside are the best. They are knowledgeable, friendly and never make you feel stupid.
