I don't get my tires anywhere else. Their after-the-sale services like rebalancing, rotation, and flat fixing are all FREE. I always skip the optional extended warranty; the one time I needed it (and had bought it) my 16K-mile tires were "too worn out" to replace (according to the Longmont Discount Tire store).
We were on vacation and our rim got bent on the drive here. Told the nice man behind the counter that it was our Anniversary and we felt as though they really tried hard to get us out. Took less time than told and were so friendly and polite.
We had tire problems on our trailer on the way to Colorado for a hunting trip. The staff went all out to help us get back on the road. All this was at closing time also. Super service and staff

I had a slow leak in my tire and couldn't figure out what was causing it. They got me in for an appointment quickly and fixed it for free! I was in and out in less than an hour! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you for the great service!!
I feel like they scammed me. All my tire sensors were fine before they replace my tires and now one is bad after the new tire went on. They claim the battery died on the sensor. I find it hard to believe the battery died while they were changing my tires. Now I have to pay for a new one and wait around for an hour plus for them to replace it
I needed (1) good used tire and they had it! Really saved me a lot of money! That had my tire on and back on the road in no time!
