I had never used this store or Discount Tire before. I had a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak with a second slow leak in a second tire.. I had scheduled an appointment at 3:15 pm online late the previous night. (Which by the way went very smoothly). Besides fixing the leaking tire I had scheduled a tire balance and rotation. I visited this Discount Tire location on Jan 19, 2026 to fix an issue with my tire: a stuck nail. After the terrible experience at the Wake Forest location (on 11212 Capital Blvd) that was a walk-in, I decided to make an appointment for this visit... the first time I had to do so. Discount Tire's Journey Tracker app actually worked properly this time around (it didn't work at all at Wake Forest). Called ahead was quoted a price for a spare tire by phone said I needed to place order in person with a deposit because they had to order the tire I needed-Was quoted $170.00 plus tax and mounting. I bought 4 wheel and tire combos for my 1998 GMC Seirra K1500 yesterday. When these were ordered I stressed to the salesman that I wanted glass bead weights inside the tires. Do not put external weights on the wheels. I was told we can do that. When the wheels and tires came in I was called by a store associate to schedule a appointment to put then on my truck. Save your money, your driveway, your engine, and another trip back to belle tire. Once again one of only 2 things that need to be tightened for an oil change was not tightened. Last time it was the filter this time it was the drain bolt. Don't bother replying saying I'm not in your system it was my girlfriend's car. Belle tire has once again messed up the simplest and most frequent maintenance on my girlfriend's car. This is exactly why I change my own oil. Checked in for appointment 2 hours early for a nail in tire, and rotation. The customer service rep did not check us in and we sat waiting. Told 2 different customer service reps that we were still waiting for our appoint. Time and nothing was done. 1 hour after appt. Time we checked with them again only to find that we were still notchecked in! The text check in message does not work either! Never Again.! I thought discount tire was one of the better shops to go to but after this, NEVER AGAIN... I thought Discount

Beware they break it you pay for it! $208.57. When in for balance and tire rotation.3232 EAST CACTUS Manager told me one of my lug nuts was crossed threaded, but they could get it off broken at the stud. If it’s crossed threaded, you guys did it last time. You’re the only ones that do my tires. Manager tried to cover it butt instead of trying to help. Had to go to brake master’s #213. Best help ever. I had to buy a whole set of lug nuts for 69.68 for my fuel wheels that I bought at Discount Tire. So, 208.57 later they fixed ... read more

very disappointed in my continental tires.bought the replacement certificates and the 80000 mile tires been 40000 miles and the tires are shot.discount tire told me they would take care of me and they would call within 2 days.never heard from them.so sad.
