They refuse to follow their refund policy the “manager” lied multiple times to my husband and when he was called out on it he made another excuse and would honor the policy that we also paid for.

I recommend Discount tire. Great service and quality product! Staff is very friendly and respectful! If you need tires than definitely come here. Getting new tires put on today. My old ones were unsafe and still under warranty and they gave me a credit towards new ones.
John the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. He took care of me on finding the wheels and tires I was needing for my 65 Ford Ranchero. Thanks again John.
My husband took our van to have a flat replaced during this COVID-19 pandemic. We have an immune compromised kiddo, and discount tire took every precaution to keep our family safe. They were fast, fair, and efficient. This was an experience we were absolutely dreading and honestly, scared of, and they did such a phenomenal job! We will DEFINITELY be back and recommend all our friends too!!!

I came in and talked to EVAN about getting 2 used tires on just the tiny bit of cash I had an he was very kind understanding and very helpful. I also noticed they have a finance program. so I said why not try... Well, I got Brand New tires with all covered by warranty. I recently went into Discount Tire because I needed assistance with buying 2 new tiers and having one patched. I also needed an alignment which is why two of my tiers were going bald faster than the others. I am pleased to say that they were very fast and efficient with their service. Very friendly and inviting. They don’t do alignments, but they made sure I knew where to go to get one that was cost efficient. I did end up having to return due to having issues with a tire after getting it patched, and they were on top of it.... read more
I go in for a flat tire no problem they fix it for free. They come back and tell me my 2 front tires need replaced asap I said I'll come back next week to pick them up then the store owner comes up to me and said look we have bad weather coming how about I just put 2 new tires on and come back and pay me when you can.... didnt want me to sign anything super nice people and awesome customer service! Highly recommend this place for tires every employee in there was super friendly and working hard
