I got a nail in my tire and called this location and asked how long it would take them to repair it. I was told 10 to 15 minutes I have now been here an hour and a half and it took me getting angry before my vehicle moved. If they can't do it they should have said something and sent me to a different location or something. This is ridiculous to wait this kind of time for them. I will never come back! Discount Tire you lost me as a customer forever!
I will never ever buy tires or anything else from this store. I purchased new Michelin 4 tires for my Toyota 4Runner. Today, I had a flat with a nail in my tire and they refused to repair it under the warranty or even if I paid for the repair. Winston, the store manager told the other employee to ignore me and laughed when they heard me calling the corporate office. I’m still here. I do not recommend them. They’re completely rude and unprofessional.
Went in to get my trailer tires replaced, came out with a large dent in the bed of my brand new truck. Filed a claim with Discount Tire and they denied the claim. Stay away..... I went in giving them my business and have for the last 25 years, went away with a $2,300 dent repair. Not worth it!

They have stepped up their game amazingly! So helpful, polite and cheerful. Was in and out in no time. Nice clean waiting area and all the guys couldn’t have been more friendly.
