Stellar Customer Service – I had a tire with a slow leak and didn't know if I needed a new tire or just a repair. I'd had good experiences at Discount Tire in other cities, though I hadn't been to the Draper location before. Wow--their service even exceeded my positive expectations. My Favorite Tire Store – I will be a lifelong customer of Discount Tire!! My family and I were on our way to see rockets launch at the Salt Flats and we ran over a curb and bent our rim. I called Discount Tire to see if they could get a new wheel for us. They didn't have one in stock, but called and found the closest store. He told me to come in and they would check it out for me. Service Above and Beyond – These guys provide awesome service. We showed up a few minutes before closing with a strange tire noise. At first we were told we'd have to wait 20 minutes, but when we said we had to get going, they had us pull it up and put air in it. We left, but realized that the tire was still having problems. By the time we got back it was after closing. The pulled us right in.
