Special ordered 4white lettered tires-set appt to have installed -at appt- 2 tires were white letter/2 were BSW. Was told correct tires would be in the next day- did not happen. Promised services as soon as tires arrived and "some adjustment made on price" (per Sosa) When tires arrived and took vehicle- had to wait over an hour- no adjustment made. Last $971.00 we will spend here. Won't recommend to anyone. Service horrible for price paid

We had a flat tire and we're from out of town in a work van and these guys not only were fast and efficient but super nice and didn't charge us to fix the flat! THANK YOU

This Discount Tire is the best when it comes to Customer Service and quick but good work. We have bought a number of tires from them since being in the Valley, and they are so kind and helpful. They offer the best prices and deals around. I highly recommend them!

This store installed tires on my son on laws trailer a few months ago, load range C and require 50 lbs. air pressure. One blew after inspection no puncture found, the valve stem had blown out. After looking at the other tire we noticed it had a low pressure stem. they put the correct stem in the other tire but did nothing for the one that blew.
I would like to start off by saying the only reason they received one star is because I couldn't choose 0 stars. before I paid good money for some supposedly high quality tires they were as nice/helpful with all smiles. after the sale I was shocked to realize my tires were bald and left me stranded on a trip, after only 15,000 miles on the tires. I bring this to their attention and they are totally against the idea of a warranty. Wasting money, time, and energy trying to get over on me instead of keeping a customer happy. If... read more
