I made a stupid account here JUST TO POST THIS. I took my friend in on saturday. It was about noonish. Apparently she had 40 cars ahead of hers. "Well get it done today" they said. They close at 5. They KEPT taking walk ins even though they were FULLY booked. And taking in WAY more than they can handle. They were supposed to be fixing the front DRIVERS SIDE tire. Sunday comes and front passenger side is FLAT. Whats worse? They apparently were TRYING TO FIX THE FRONT PASSENGER TIRE. HOW DID THIS GET MISSED IF THAT WAS THE C... read more

Wait was too long, lied to me on how long it would take, had tires in stock, sat for three plus hours. If I wouldn’t have got up to ask what was going on, I would have sat there all day. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION AND PLACE!!!!!!!!!!
I went a few days ago to buy brand new tires(4) and they had advised me it would be an hour and a half of a wait, and I told them that was fine. I also let Dustin know that last time I came they added too much air pressure on my tire, and only wanted 32 instead of 35, and he wrote it down on the paper that technicians take outside while looking at your car. REPAIRED TIRE PUNCTURE DUE TO NAIL FOR FREE !!!Unbelievable in this time and age. I do not know of anyone else who does that; even WALMART charges ten dollars to repair flat tire repair; PEPBOYS charges $20+; FIRESTONE charges $30+. I am so, so grateful and did it quite promptly too within half hour, without making me wait for hours at 427pm on 8-31-17. My kudos to salesperson 925, CARLOS J RAMOS-MORENO. I cannot say enough good things about him and this store.

The initial customer service was decent. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I waited about 7-10 minutes for assistance, but in their defense it was busy. I was assisted by one of the technicians who walked out to my car with me to assess my flat tire in the trunk and check the tread on my other tires. He explained they would take care of it. I work in the area so I left my car and walked back to work. I received a call an hour later to let me know my car was ready. During my lunch hour I went to retrieve my vehicle onl... read more
