Heath and his staff went above and beyond! I purchased new tires for my boat trailer yesterday and we encountered problems. One wheel was ruined and all 5 wheel studs needed replacing. Apparently a previous flat and over torquing made the situation unsafe. Heath personally went to Napa to get the studs and replaced them. Now this is service! There is alot of inexperience at this location, but heath is the man to lead them! Thanks for the help!
There is a reason I exclusively only buy tires from Discount Tire. No matter the location (I've been to several) they are always happy to help and get you in and out quickly for fair prices or even sometimes for free.
