I have used Discount Tires for several years now and have always been pleased with the service I get. They do not pressure you to up sale but will let you know if your wipers need replacing or if the tread on your tires are wearing thin they will recommend getting tires as soon as possible. I recently went in for tire balance and the young man named Aiden was very kind, respectful and explained things to me clearly. I will always go to them.
Worse experience i have had so far, how long it took and messed up dust covers for my rims. Young man working front desk put them on correct but they where still damaged. The guy in shop tried to hand me a screw driver to fix them myself and I laughed. Then the young man behind the counter stepped in.
What a shame. I have been going to this location for many years. I have only bought my tires from Discount Tires for over 20 years. I ordered some tires over the phone with the assistant manager and I went to pay with my credit card as I've done many times. He said I would need to come in for a $2200 charge.
