Thank you Steve, when it comes to customer service, you conduct yourself in a way that is every thing I expect and more. Two incidents had occurred at this particular location that had me thinking I will not be going back to discount tire for any more service. The first time I had some wheels changed out that were scraped up by former employees. The second time I ordered a tire that I waited three weeks for only to find out the tire was discontinued.
