Had an excellent experience. I was in a pinch and the manager Ken was able to hook me up. I had new tires, but needed them mounted up on some rims. My old set of wheels blew out on the highway and I was able to get a set of new rubber for free, just a size bigger. I explained the situation and Ken went way over the top to help me out. LOVE THIS DISCOUNT TIRE – The company I work for, my family, co-workers and friends have been going to the Okemos Discount Tire for years and have never been disappointed with their service. They are always friendly and efficient towards us. The quality of the work and tires has always been above and beyond. Sometimes there is a wait on service, but that is because they always seem to have so many customers on the list which is something that they can't control. Horrible service at this location now – I have been buying tires at the store for twenty years and always was very please with their service....until recently when I visted the store on two occasions to buy tires for my car and was basically put on "hold" while they visited with friends or took calls while working with me.....very unprofressional. glh

Worst Discount Tire Store in Lansing area: AVOID – Multiple repeated mistakes on consecutive visits through ignorance or carelessness; needless waste of my time. Unprofessional staff (rude, argumentative, and arrogant). There is no reason to patronize this store and reward their poor customer service and incompetence when there are other great stores in the area.
