This place is awesome, all the sales guys and Steven the GM, are great guys, so into what your needs with your vehicle is. Them there's this one salesman, Patrick, looks just like Patrick Mahomes, he's my friend great guy. He's a new daddy, so everyone that goes there please tell him congratulations.
Kind of weird that they would sell a tire to me for an RV, then message me saying the tires were ready. Then when I got there, they only had one tire on the rim and said their machine was not strong enough for the tire and I had to wait three days with no rims on my RV for them to bring my tires to an 18 wheeler shop to put on the rim these were tires that I got from them.
Came in to get my tires rotated. As soon as I arrived they checked me in and my vehicle was taken into the bay almost immediately. The service was preformed in a very short time and I was on my way in less time than I expected.
Bought a complete new set of tires from one of their sister shops in houston. I went to my hotel in channelview then was sent to corpus for a job. I spent the night there in corpus and when I got up the next morning I noticed I had a bulge in the sidewall in my fromt passenger tire. When I brought it to the Portland location to be addressed I told them that the ride from houston was rough. They said they would fix it no charge and apologized for the inconvenience. I really hate going to Discount tire. They no longer fix tires, only replace them. Took a trailer tire in with a leak, tire less than a year old, but they won't fix it.
