I don't know the name, but the clerk who responded first and checked the tires was very kind. I appreciate it very much.
It was my first time in the Cincinnati area I was celebrating my birthday back in January. There was a snow storm as I was heading home all 4 of my became flat. I got my car towed to this location and the staff their was very welcoming. I believe Nathaniel was the one who asssited me with my purchase of tires. I found some for a great price to get back home to PA.

Timothy was super nice and helpful. He was able to get the little nail out of my tire after going into the Beachmont location twice and they couldn’t find it. Oh and he’s cute !
I really wish Discount Tire would start doing due diligence I stopped going to the one in Westchester because they did not balance my tires the last time so I went to Colerain and they apparently did not bother checking the PSI 28 27 29 and 28 they all read when they should be 32 psi... Not only is this unsafe I believe the tires wear quicker...
