The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The road hazard insurance is excellent! I had a tire that was starting to separate, and it was covered 100%. The replacement would have cost $560.80 for just one tire.
I was greeted soon as I entered the store. I was able to get 4 tires within an hour. Employees exhibited satisfactory attitude.
The service was so good that I had to post a review asap :) These guys are honest, kind, and great at communicating. I was in and out within an hour and a half (tire installation and alignment). I will be recommending this location specifically to friends/fam in the future. Thanks to all the employees who helped me out this morning- it was a pleasure!
I went in on September 24, 2025, and experienced the best customer service that I had had in any automotive dealing experience including dealerships. Specifically Timothy and Alexander Were a dynamic duo from receiving my vehicle updating me on the status of my alignment and my tires to getting me out the door. These two gentlemen provided a five star experience and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, processes ,positive energy and their knowledge. This made my day!
