This is my second visit to America’s Tire in Orange, and consistent with my first visit a few weeks ago the service and staff at this location are stellar. Someone greeted me when I walked in the door, took my information, Gave me a time estimate of when I would be out and met all expectations. I will return to the store again and again. I can’t remember the last time I received such great customer service from any business kudos to the manager and entire team for a top quality operation.
My Car was ready for 35 min while I waited in the lobby and nobody told me anything, the guys at the front acted like it was nobody's fault, bad customer service.
Great fast service and great prices but now my inflation warning light keeps coming on. Guess I need to go back in and get it checked
Good service and amability
I had all four of my run-flat tires replaced with Pirelli tires about a year and a half ago and, based on the staff’s recommendation, purchased nearly $200 worth of additional insurance. It has only around 17,000 miles on it, and last week, one of the tires got a nail puncture and started leaking air.
