I've been an America's/Discount Tire customer for many years. My most recent experience has been to worst so far. I had 4 new tires installed on my Jeep Renegade on 7/12/25 and the installers rushed the installation so fast (25min install time) that they missed the fact that the balance weights are grinding against my brake caliber causing an annoying scratching sound every time I drive. If I could give more than 5 stars for this rating I would. I had a horrible experience the day before at another shop and my boyfriend recommended going to American Tires. I had a nail in my tire that was a slow leak. Didn’t make an appointment and just decided to walk in. Daniel greeted me outside and I told him the issue. He was professional and kind and came over to inspect my car. He said it shouldn’t be too long and recommended rotating my tires too. Was in and out in about 45 minutes!
