Got a Rivian? Don’t take it here. They told me they could do an alignment over the phone but when I got there, turns out they can’t. Also, after ordering the Rivian recommended Pirelli Zeros, the guy who checked me in for my appointment at the store kept trying to sell me the Michelin Defenders. I told him I have a quad motor and I want the better traction. He the told me the defenders are good for all models of Rivian. OK buddy, why don’t you just put any old crap tire on… this ain’t a Honda Civic.
