Have 3 vehicles serviced here. Recently got some new wheels from T sportline and Sean helped me with getting mounted to some new Michelins. He was very knowledgeable about Tesla specific tires.
My daughter and I have been going there religiously for the 2 years. We’ve always been attended by the same two guys, they never charged me nor tried to sell us anything that wasn’t essential. My daughter went in & got attended by someone new who misled her. She needed air in her tires & got told she needed new tires altogether. They originally tried getting her to spend 1k, but she said no & they got her with 600. I understand sales, but I don’t appreciate my daughter getting misled & charged for services that were NOT need... read more
This place is really exceptional. Had a TPMS that went bad on one of my tires. Called and they told me to walk in. Walked in and they were checking my tires within minutes. I approved the price and they had it swapped out in less than ten minutes. Excellent service and competitive pricing. I got my tires here and it's the only place I'm going from now on. No more waiting at Costco for hours.
Overall good. They like to sell viper even when we are there for tire rotation and balance. Ask them to match costs or sams. John in the past and one othet guy this time helped price match it. They had lost one wheel lock and ordered free after. Sean stayed on top and called to follow up. They are good overall in matching price and service lately. Would have given 5 but somewhat bad experience on my Tesla flat tire and had left memory still unfortunately.
