I've been an America's/Discount Tire customer for many years. My most recent experience has been to worst so far. I had 4 new tires installed on my Jeep Renegade on 7/12/25 and the installers rushed the installation so fast (25min install time) that they missed the fact that the balance weights are grinding against my brake caliber causing an annoying scratching sound every time I drive. Now I have to spend more time to go back to the Orange location and wait till its fixed. My only hope is nothing else is damaged on my whee... read more

I got a flat tire on my Tesla and they took care of it very fast with very high level of professionalism I wanna thank Jordan the manger , he is amazing, very professional and very respectful. Sergio And Juan are very helpful too and very polite. I recommend anyone to go to this location, because they are amazing.
J'étais client il y a quelques années et content ,maintenant les nouveaux managers ne sont pas a l'écoute du client ,je suis venu pour une simple répartition de pneus ,avant de me proposer une solution, ils m'ont démonter la roue ,et m'ont proposer le remplacement a la place de la réparation ,ce que je n'est pas demander,me retrouve avec la roue et le pneu demonter je suis reparti a 500 m chez un concurrent, il m'a écouter et réparer le pneu comme demander, pour 0 usd et 5 min ,le client est rois mais pas ici !
