DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. DROVE 2 CARS 1 HOURONE WAY FOR WINTER TIRE CHANGEOVER ALREADY ON WHEELS. TURNED AWAY, NO WALK INS. WAS FULLY PREPARE TO DRIVE 60 MILES HOME AND BACK TO PICK CAR UP ANYTIME AND THEN DRIVE BACK. NOPE. EVEN AFTER SPENDING $10K ON TIRES AND WHEELS FOR MULTIPLE VEHICLES. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO TIRE PROMISE
I had new tires installed on Thursday, December 5. On Sunday, December 8, the first time I drove my car since picking it up. I noticed that it felt odd. After driving a few blocks I found one of the rear tires flat as a pancake. I took the tire to Discount tire to get the tire repaired first thing in the morning on Monday. I heard nothing about the tire Monday. This morning (Tuesday) I called Discount tire. Nobody pickup the phone. Not very happy with the poor service I am getting.
