I have been a customer at this store for year and have found the employees are helpful and courteous. However, the 3 stars is due staffing resulting very long wait times just see someone. The past three times I have been there I have stood in line for the better part of 30 minutes just to get to the counter. They have five computers but only 1 or 2 people working, and that is on a Saturday. If you go, you will be treated fairly and with respect by the employees. Mala atencion
I bought the tires and requested wheel alignment. They said it’s gonna be ready in 1,5 hours. I came in scheduled time, they didn’t touch the car. After seeing me immediately pull the car. They they said I have to wait another 1,5 hours. Also they said they will refund money back then I have to go find another place. After long wait time and horrible customer service, it is good time to switch tire shop. Don’t waste your time here. Maybe other locations have better service than this…
Came with the company car and they got me out very quickly
