I had an awesome experience at this specific location! George helped me with obtaining 4 new tires and gave outstanding customer service. He communicated very well, very professional, and uses his time efficiently. He left me know he’s been with the company for 15 years and loves doing his job. It’s a pretty rare occurrence for me to leave a review but I am blown away by the service. Called in and Jorge answered the phone. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He helped guide me through my best options in regards to selecting the tires for my vehicle. I wanted the quietest and most comfortable tires. These guys are always busting their butts, trying to get folks in and out as quickly as possible. Not everyone is patient, but they would be hard pressed to get better service elsewhere.
After describing that another location would not ride match the tires/rims no matter what I told them. Gabriel got me in the door stating he had a master balancer. Ricky and his team took the time to clock tires and get the proper road force balance. Issue of vibration solved that another location refused to hear. This location is where it’s at. Great to see hard workers and people that care.
