!!BUYER BEWARE!! Absolutely terrible product. Purchased a DTF printer from this company in January. And it has consistently not worked. Constantly telling me it’s the print heads. Have purchased more print heads and it’s still not working. Have asked for a refund with no luck. Have just made a complaint with Fair Trading. Hoping to get some sort of compensation.
Friendly and helpful staff. once I had a problem with a printer but they fixed very quickly. Great place for promotional supplies!
Purchased my printer from here and the tech support has been fantastic so far! After searching online for months decided to purchase my dtf printer from an Aussie supplier and I’m glad I did! They have helped via remote software to set it up and respond within a day when in business hours.

I've always been told that you get what you pay for.
