I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase of sublimation mugs. Out of 50 mugs, around 15 are in terrible condition. Some have scratch marks, others have chips on the inside, and a few even have paint marks on the surface. If you're buying online, be extra careful—they often send mugs in really poor condition. There are just too many quality issues. I would never ever buy from them.

Overall Quality of Items are not that great. Feel very Cheap. I ordered some blanks and when they arrived they were marked and scratched as they had no protective film on them, which is very odd. Also more expensive than my usual supplier.. I contacted them and was told to take photos, but very hard to when it's white and everything is reflecting off it. Huge disappointment bought a dtf printer set up in August the machines have been nothing but useless and temperamental finally printer packed it in so had to go back for warranty which I had to pay for transport from NSW to and from now they are refusing to fix a print head that dried up due to a machine that shut down with electrical fault. Massive mistake purchasing from this company should be shut down and shipped back to wheee they come from.

Even though their website has loading issues, causing delays, the customer service from Victor was/is second to none! He has the patience of a Saint and because of his personality and patience, it helped to keep the customers calm, content and happy with waiting! I spent wayyyy too much, but I am extremely happy with the service and range of products and am looking forward to dealing with these guys again in future!
