Good variety friendly helpful staff
Purchased a printer which was over $2500 expecting to get a very good machine. However, once received I had nothing but issues and contacted the business which they informed me to purchase replacement parts which were over $500 and still did not fix the machine. I returned it for them to look at and had no reply for a long period of time and finally got onto them to have them tell me I was out of warranty period and 'they will just bin the machine) with no refund at all.
