Rob from Discount Skylight provided exceptional quality and prompt service in replacing our skylight. He was very professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help with ordering and installing our Velux shade. I would highly recommend him.
We hired Discount Skylight to remove and replace four skylights in our sunroom. The job went flawlessly from start to finish. Rob and Jake were easy to work with and it was a pleasure to have them at our home. Rob & his team went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was responsive & kept me updated in the process. He is knowledgeable & listened to my needs. Reached out about getting some skylights getting installed. First response was quick asking for my contact info to follow up. I responded and that’s where our contact ended. I followed up a few days later and was left on read. Gave it a few days and followed up via their website and still never got a response. Clearly they don’t want my business or have the decency to tell me why they can’t accept my business. Wish I could support all the glowing reviews I saw prior to reaching out, unfortunately my experience was different
