I showed up on site trying to get a unit very last minute (difficult for the area and my first time renting storage space) and Kris went out of her way to make sure I got a unit that was available, the right size for us, and she walked me through the setup process over the phone. Kris really helped turn around what could have been a very stressful morning of moving! Many thanks!
