I reserved a storage unit for my son sight unseen (live 300 miles away) and when we got to the facility it was in really bad shape. We couldn’t even open the door. We tried to contact the company and couldn’t get assistance. Unfortunately , I had already paid for it. So, we went on Google and found this location and drove here from the other facility. Rod, the manager, was so so helpful! And he was so understanding of our situation. We were able to rent a much nicer unit on the spot and felt like we were treated with respect... read more
