Absolute scam!!! This shop is a scam. After sending me a faulty product, they ignored my emails and I had to escalate it through to PayPal. Only then did they say they would refund it but I had to pay for shipping.. why should I have to cover return costs of a faulty garment? Do not shop here!!
Spent 100 at the margate location and wore the scrubs one time and they ripped. The manager who is the white guy at this location said there was nothing he could do for me and that he was leaving early. Horrible customer service and very disappointed I will never come back. He was so rude to and inconsiderate
Sadly, I was sent the wrong item. When I let this company know, they told me I would have to pay to return the item and then they would refund ONLY the amount that I paid for the item (because they didn’t have the item I ordered!) They never admitted their wrongdoing, apologized or tried to make it right! They just insulted me and said that I wanted some thing for free when I told them I didn’t want to have to pay to send it back when THEY sent the WRONG item. Extremely dissatisfied.
