Horrendous service. They typically would not pick up at least one to two weeks every single month - but still charge you the full amount. Oh, and if you are trying to pay by phone, forget it. No one ever answers... no one ever calls you back... but they can come pick up the toter promptly! I have tried continually to pay my bill - but the messages and calls go unanswered. We will be switching to another service and will never, ever use them again. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Awful customer service. Have left numerous messages to just come pick up the toter, we already have another company picking our trash up because they didn't come for a full month with no responses.....Would give no stars if possible

I paid for a full year of service, and have only had my trash picked up 3 months non consecutively - now they are going out of business yet refuse to answer calls in regards to refunding me for the 9 months still owed. I will be seeking small claims.
