You can try to blame insurance companies all you want, but that doesn’t change how I was treated — with zero compassion, zero effort, and zero understanding during a time when I needed help the most. I was looking for a new Pharmacy since we're new to the area and was considering Discount Pharmacy until I read the reviews and saw that in the comments the pharmacy posted what people's actual medications were which is a HIPAA violation. I think the cost of GLO-1's is a small part of the bigger issue with this pharmacy. I'm glad I read the reviews before I went there.
I wish I could give it zero stars because I absolutely would. This “mom and pop shop” will be out of business soon based on how they treat their customers. I was told, I was denied my life saving medication due to them not wanting to put it through insurance because they would lose $100 off of filling it for me.
