I have no idea why this company has 4 stars. My husband called them and scheduled an appointment for them to come out. Justin came out and looked at our RV told me to send them the Warranty info and he would run it through warranty just in case, seems like a good idea right? Well I sent him the warranty info and they left. Then I followed up a few days later just to see about a timeline to hear back from insurance and hear nothing back. Not only did they fix the problem they came for, but the tech also checked another issue for me. Then I told him I’m new to owning an RV so he gave me several tips a dealer would not have given. He also explained why the tips/tricks are important. Potentially saved me thousands of dollars.
