I always dreaded taking my 5th wheel 3 horse slant horse trailer with living quarters into a shop for repair. Thought I'd try Discount RV because of the reviews. Family owned, very reasonable. Pretty fast turn around when I took it in for scheduled appointment. Tori in office helped me with my key fob problem. Thanks you guys! Will definitely use them for future problems.
Traveling back to Illinois 2 of our leveling hydraulic lines developed leaks onto our exhaust system causing massive amounts of smoke & a potential fire hazard. The team at Discount RV quickly repaired our issue, even though they were super busy, to get us back on the road. They even fixed an error issue we had been struggling with, with our auto leveling system. We would highly recommend Discount RV for any RV repair and/or maintenance. Quality work, friendly people, and the best customer service I’ve ever received from a repair shop. Highly recommend Discount RV in Ramona!!We were in a bind trying to get back to Nevada. Desperately needed tires and other services. The owners were able to squeeze us in for tires, and made sure our RV was safe for the journey. The kindness they showed us will never be forgotten.
