If there were more than 5 stars, I would rate them higher! Barney was so great over the phone on how to test my 5th wheel jack problem. I couldn't figure it out, so I drove down to the shop! Tori greeted me with a smile and then asked how she could help. I told her I spoke with Barney. She got his attention, he dropped everything he was doing and immediately came out and solved my problem within 15 minutes! They charged me a fair price and had me walk out of there, smiling! THEY ARE PHENOMINAL!!!! I will never take our RV any place else. We had multiple issues which they addressed. And notified us of some items we didn't know about like very dirty and dangerous engine oil. They did an oil change for us. They knew we needed our RV for a specific date and commitment, and they met our needs. Thank you to all of the staff for making this happen.
I am totally satisfied with the professionalism and work quality I have experienced at Discount RV. Tori, Barnie and the crew are extremely knowledgeable in the repairs of just about any RV problem you may encounter. I have found Discount RV to be extremely fair in their pricing and honorable in keep their commitment to their customers. You couldn't find a better place to take your trailer or RV for needed repairs and advise.
Every time we need work done on our 5th wheel, it is done in a very timely matter. When we have a list of repairs, it is always done to perfection. We wouldn't take it any where else.
Will not find a more amazing human than Barney! The stuff he knows about RV’s is nuts. Wonderful family owned business. Customer service that is unmatched!
