The billing is incredible, and not in a good way. I received bills for 2024 late in 2025 and have been asking via email for months to have all of the data on my accounts to verify the amounts. All I get is emails (sometimes daily) on all of my accounts for the past 4 months requesting payment but they will not send me supporting documents. I finally managed to get one of the documents from Travis County and gathered the rest of the information online after a lot of effort. Beware, I think this is a scam. We paid our invoices, but no protests were filed. I tried to contact the owner by email and it got rejected. I tried calling the number listed on their website and it is disconnected. I sent the listed "owner" a message on Facebook with no reply. Do not use this company. Hopefully, you get this message.
Update Nov 2025: THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE!!! I randomly started getting invoices this month, for work they still haven't provided correct details for. And now it's literally impossible to get in touch with them! Original review May 2025: Impossible to get in touch with. So, I have to change my review. I have used them for years, and while the last few years they have not done much for me, I just figured everyone was in the same boat. this year I received an invoice and checked the status of the protest and it shows FTA (Failure to Appear), so when I questioned the invoice they said it was for 2024 payment. UPDATE 8/25/25: DUPLICATE PAYMENT OF OVER $900 NOT REFUNDED!!!!!! STEVE/EVA DO NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH WHAT THEY TELL YOU. Long story short, I accidentally paid my 2024 tax protest invoice TWICE. I emailed Steve on 5/5/25. He answered on 5/6/25 asking if he could Zelle my refund to me. I immediately answered YES but I did NOT receive a Zelle refund. I emailed Steve on 5/13, 5/21, 5/29.
