This is a scam company! The phone number is disconnected so they correspond via email. Just a vehicle to get your name and address so they can send a bill. Unfortunately, I emailed before reading reviews. They don’t file a protest, they just want to bill and collect. Complete scam.
The billing is incredible, and not in a good way. I received bills for 2024 late in 2025 and have been asking via email for months to have all of the data on my accounts to verify the amounts. All I get is emails (sometimes daily) on all of my accounts for the past 4 months requesting payment but they will not send me supporting documents. Beware, I think this is a scam. We paid our invoices, but no protests were filed. I tried to contact the owner by email and it got rejected. I tried calling the number listed on their website and it is disconnected. I sent the listed "owner" a message on Facebook with no reply. Do not use this company. Hopefully, you get this message.
Update Nov 2025: THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE!!! I randomly started getting invoices this month, for work they still haven't provided correct details for. They keep sending me emails saying they lowered my taxes to a certain amount, when the amount is factually incorrect. They're say... read more
So, I have to change my review. I have used them for years, and while the last few years they have not done much for me, I just figured everyone was in the same boat. this year I received an invoice and checked the status of the protest and it shows FTA (Failure to Appear), so when I questioned the invoice they said it was for 2024 payment. I made the payment in 2024, once I sent them proof of the payment, they cancelled the invoice. I am questioning how they could not see on their end the invoice was not paid. It almost fel... read more
