Literally the worst company imaginable. I don’t know what it is about Discount Propane but any time we have an interaction with the techs or the main office, they are horrifically rude. We were running out of propane during the hurricane and all they gave us was rude responses. “You don’t have a generator listed as a usage on your account”.
