Just joined Discount Power Rewards, I think I'm going to enjoy this.
Discount power raised my rates and when I called to cancel they didn't even try to retain me as a customer by providing a better rate than what I was being charged. Back to RI Energy I go with a .10kw cheaper rate. I am not sure about how good a business they are, they don't answer their customer service phone line.
