Gavin, again, did a great job on two small problems with our old pool equipment. Prompt response. Expert quality. Reasonable price.
The repair guy came in time and job was done perfectly.
Hope they can fix their phone system. Tried to call to check prices for products, automated system won't let me check prices or talk to a person. Just keeps saying call back and select option 3 but there is no option 3.
Just recently discovered Discount Pool Supply in Escondido and I’m glad I did! I’ve been in a few times this summer for pool cleaner service and parts for my filter. Vince, the store manager, is incredibly knowledgeable—probably the most experienced “pool guy” I’ve ever met. He’s super engaging, easy to talk to, and clearly loves what he does. If I can’t explain my equipment, he just asks me to snap a picture and instantly knows what I need. Great customer service and expertise you can count on!
