I ordered a pool slide from Discount Pool Supply seven weeks ago. The company doesn’t answer its phone or return voice mail. After a week of waiting I had a response to an email. They didn’t know the status of the shipment. A week later they found out SRS the manufacturer had one in stock. They still have no idea when it’s being shipped and the manufacturer seems to not how to arrange for a shipment. I ordered a pool slide from Discount Pool Supply seven weeks ago. The company doesn’t answer its phone or return voice mail. After a week of waiting I had a response to an email. They didn’t know the status of the shipment. A week later they found out SRS the manufacturer had one in stock. They still have no idea when it’s being shipped and the manufacturer seems to not how to arrange for a shipment. I bought a "premium" pool solar cover from these folks, and in just 2-1/2 years, it is falling apart. Contacted them recently about the 6 year warranty, and was told I would have to pay 70% of new, plus shipping and tax, in order to get a replacement. They refused to discuss the 70% and even refused to contact the manufacturer about it on my behalf. Horrible customer service! I will never buy anything from them again. I will buy a new cover, and any other pool supplies needed elsewhere!
