Ordered a winter cover. Four days later they cancelled my order without any explanation or apology. Took me 2 days of unanswered messages and phone calls to finally get a response. It was from Dave who informed me the cover was out of stock (even though it showed in stock on their website). He said I was informed of this through PayPal, which I wasn't. My Aqua Coastal Prosalt Generator that I purchased from Discount Pool Supply is not working though just installed this year. I have called multiple times each day for the last 7 business days. Their message always says no one is available to take the call and directs one to leave name, phone number and email address. I have left the messages and yet no one has contacted me.
