Kevin was awesome. He explained the different scenarios. Thankfully it was a simple fix, for him it was simple. He explained that the clog was 15 ft down the line. There is no way any draino was gonna reach that clog.

I am so happy I chose Discount Plumbing Rooter Inc!!!! The entire experience was not only smooth sailing but extremely pleasant! Great company! Ease to set up appointment online to get a FREE estimate. The company texts you when the technician is on his/her way which I liked. Ricardo, our technician, was nice and friendly. He was able to remove our snake that was stuck due to our incompetence. He saved us several thousands of dollars and we have a working tub drain! The office staff is great too - prompt email response regarding setting up appointment once I approved the estimate. Would definitely call them again.
