I had a leaking pipe under the sink that required cutting the pipe and soldering in a new section. The technician, Mike, was very knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly. The location was difficult to access and even required cutting a bit of the cabinet, but he still finished everything within an hour - truly a professional. On the downside, some basic soldering parts weren't available and had to be substituted, and the torch he used seemed worn out and in need of an upgrade.
