We hired Discount Plumbing to replace our aging hot water heater and were extremely pleased with the experience. The pricing was fair, the work was done well, and Tony and Colt showed great care and consideration for our building throughout the job. It was truly a pleasure working with them.

Ricardo was very friendly, professional, efficient and communicative. He explained everything very well (and showed video pics of the issues) so we understood the issues at hand and presented the solutions with the pricing before we committed to the work. He also let us know where we received discounts for the work completed! We will definitely use Ricardo and Discount Plumbing again!

I had a leaking pipe under the sink that required cutting the pipe and soldering in a new section. The technician, Mike, was very knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly. The location was difficult to access and even required cutting a bit of the cabinet, but he still finished everything within an hour - truly a professional. On the downside, some basic soldering parts weren't available and had to be substituted, and the torch he used seemed worn out and in need of an upgrade. Tony S. was absolutely amazing. The job was unexpectedly an extremely difficult one, as Tony said “the job of the year”. But he was extremely professional, very respectful, very polite, and kept going above and beyond. He worked tirelessly for hours trying to clear the pipes, and he never complained. He was also so respectful when it came to the apartment and made sure to keep everything extremely clean and if anything got messy, he would immediately clean it himself. We have had an ongoing problem with our kitchen plumbing for many years, and have used many different plumbers hoping for a solution.
