Plumber Tony with Discount Plumbing did an amazing job hooking up our new vanity sinks and faucets. He was efficient, an expert in his craft, and professional. I appreciated his patience to explain plumbing concepts I’m not familiar with in a clear way for me to understand. Saul and Carlos were very professional, attentive, communicative, informative, and friendly! Today they helped with replacing our bathroom sink, p-trap and shut-off valves after we experienced a clog, took out the old p-trap and sink stopper ourselves but were unable to reassemble it. We are extremely glad to have them and the rest of Discount Plumbing’s great team in our area!

The Technician did good work with the issues that we hired them for(kitchen sink, upstairs bathroom sink and tub), but damaged our cabinet door underneath the kitchen sink and one of the legs underneath the bathroom sink, in the process. Also, after telling that he would give me the Military Discount, when the services were completed, he actually charged me more than he originally quoted, saying that the snaking of the tub cost more, with no explanation of why. We had a weekend plumbing issue, made a web inquiry, and someone was at our place within a couple hours. Issues were quickly diagnosed and repaired once a part was sourced. I couldn’t be happier with their communication, courtesy, and efficiency. Price was also great! Kevin was terrific to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Discount Plumbing and will only call them if we have another issue. 5 stars all the way.

My hot water heater was elderly and sickly and it was a rather confusing and emotionally fraught experience, but Stephen was very patient and kindly walked me through all the issues and all the possible solutions. He is a great communicator, and inspired confidence by thoroughly explaninging the process along the way.
