Robert the Manager helped me over the phone. He explained in detail the task at hand. He was very patient at explaining our job. The plumber Javier did an excellent job helping me out with snaking a kitchen line and repairing some pipes under the sink at the Mission apartment complex unit 103. He was proficient and showed up on time for the job. I highly recommend them and will be using them on the regular basis for my tenants apartment needs located on Mission St. SF. Thanks again guys.
Great company! Ease to set up appointment online to get a FREE estimate. The company texts you when the technician is on his/her way which I liked. Ricardo, our technician, was nice and friendly. He was able to remove our snake that was stuck due to our incompetence. He saved us several thousands of dollars and we have a working tub drain! The office staff is great too - prompt email response regarding setting up appointment once I approved the estimate. Would definitely call them again.
This is long overdue but I have used Discount Plumbing twice at my place of work and they have been great each time I reach out. The most recent time, Steven (or Steve?) and Kevin came out to look at a problematic sink and constant running toilet. Both issues were addressed and resolved quickly. I highly recommend them as they are quick to respond, efficient and friendly.
Kevin was awesome. He explained the different scenarios. Thankfully it was a simple fix, for him it was simple. He explained that the clog was 15 ft down the line. There is no way any draino was gonna reach that clog.
Kevin C is fabulous and excellent with the quality of services I stalling two toilets. A big plus is his attentiveness to details and keeping my home clean with satisfaction. Thank YOU Kevin C. I will recommend Discount Plumbing Inc to my family and friends.
