I had a great experience with Jermon from Discount Plumbing! He came out to replace the copper line and water valve for my new refrigerator, and the entire experience was great. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, and he got the job done efficiently. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable and not overpriced. I liked that the plumber actually listened instead of interrupting while I explained the issue. The sink in our laundry room kept backing up randomly, and he traced the problem to debris farther down the drain line. Everything was flowing normally again before he left and there haven’t been any problems since.
