Owner would not show up for his appointment. Finally showed up many days later. Owner sent his son in to do the work. Owner finallly came in to disgnose problem, but misdiagnosed problem. Gave the wrong advice, so i had to pay for a other company to come out to fix the problem. Believe i smelled alcohol on the owners breath around 3 pm. Warranty company assigned this incompetent company. I told the warranty to not send these people back to me. HORRIBLE!

My home warranty assigned my claim to Discount Plumbing & Drain LLC. After 7 days of waiting, I decided to reach out to them to schedule a visit to investigate an issue with my water heater. Tried to contact them via phone call & text, but they never responded after waiting another 7 days. This company is unreliable and not professional!!! They don't even deserve one star.
