My home warranty assigned my claim to Discount Plumbing & Drain LLC. After 7 days of waiting, I decided to reach out to them to schedule a visit to investigate an issue with my water heater. Tried to contact them via phone call & text, but they never responded after waiting another 7 days. This company is unreliable and not professional!!! They don't even deserve one star.
Just like everyone else has said, my home warranty company hire this place to fix my plumbing issue. After 3 days (2 of which was the weekend) I finally got in touch with him on Monday morning (21OCT2024). The guy said he would call me back by 630 that evening to schedule a time for today. He didn't call so I called him at 7 and he said he would call back and did at a 730. He told me they would arrive at my house today (22OCT2024) between 1-4.
