I’ve never had troubles with my drains and sewer before but recently a few of them got blocked and I had to get the help of a plumber. I chose this company because I wanted to choose a locally-based company (I live on the outskirts of Redwood City). I usually prefer working with smaller contractors because the communication with them is way easier and much more genuine than when dealing with the big fish. It was definitely the case here as well. Terrible. Do not trust them. I took work off to meet them for a bocked drain. They committed to an appointment and then did not show. Only call if you have time to waste.
