I used to always order from them, but not anymore. On my last order, they wanted over $300 to ship parts. the worst part is they no longer offer in store pick-up. I ended up ordering my parts, over $1400, at another local dealer and saved the shipping cost. They lost a long-time loyal customer, which they probably don't care. Just look at their dismal reviews.

So I ordered a simple cargo net for the trunk of my car. 13 days later they haven't even shipped it. Very poor customer service!
Said parts would ship in 2 to 4 days, every week for a month. When it was finally ready to ship, instead of apologizing, they told me to pay more. Wouldn't honour the sale. Totally incompetent customer service. Did a charge back through Amex that probably cost them more than the $10 they tried to extort from me.
