Great company! I spoke with Mary Alice on the part that I needed and she was able to confirm that it was in stock and could be mailed out the next day. While on the phone completing my order, she received notification that the very part I was calling about had an increase in price from the manufacturer. I ordered a part on Dec.3rd. After two weeks I began calling and emailing customer service for a status [3 attempts on each up through 12/26]. Never received a single response. Maybe they're out of business? Cancelled today. Hope to get my money back.
