Brittany was top notch! I had no idea where to begin when my radio had no sound. I bought a radio to replace it, but still had no sound. I thought it was defective so I called and she explained with my sound system, the issue was probably my amp. She told me how to locate the amp and get the model#, luckily they had one available. So, I returned the radio and they shipped me the amp. Perfect! Now everything works and I didn't even know I had a factory amp! Thanks!
I bought a radio on eBay and it did not fit my car (my fault). I did not read the listing where the part# had to be the same. I called the customer service number and a woman I spoke with explained it, helped me obtain the model of mine and helped me exchange it for the right one. She went over and beyond. Helped me with the code, too!
Buyer Beware- This Company sells equipment that does not work. I bought a radio from them from Ebay. I took it to the dealership for them to put it in. The dealership charged me $270..00 to put in the radio and diagnose the problem. The problem was the radio had been in water and was corroded. When I called seller they said all their radios are tested before sending. This was not a true statement. I am out $270.00 dollars. This has been my experience.
I had no clue what I needed. Found their site, called customer service and the lady was very helpful. Explained how to figure out the radio part# I need and helped me order it. Thanks! Better than any dealer, thats for sure.
Bought a radio from these people off of Ebay and it said it was "tested and every function worked" but the CD player locked up on the first try, showed an error message, and the face was damaged right out of the box. Sent it back the same day for them to repair it. They had the unit back in their hands 5 1/2 weeks ago today, still waiting for the repair. For the last 15 days they would not even respond.
